Center Membership

The SCEHSC investigative base has evolved over time through new collaborations and recruitment by existing Center members. Members represent a wide range of disciplines across our collaborating Southern California institutions and receive priority access to Center resources.

Criteria for Membership

Full Member

• Established history of extramural research funding in environmental health sciences aligning with SCEHSC goals
• Investigator at the University of Southern California or collaborating Southern California institution:
Children’s Hospital Los Angeles 
California Institute of Technology 
Kaiser Permanente Southern California 
California State University, Northridge 
University of California, Los Angeles
University of California,  Irvine 
University of California, Riverside
University of California, San Diego

Affiliate Member

• Investigator at the University of Southern California or collaborating Southern California institution
• Has yet to meet the requirements of full SCEHSC membership:
Junior environmental health sciences investigators
Established investigators in areas outside of environmental health sciences that are complementary to SCEHSC research initiatives
